Site Foreman

Ferox are looking for a working foreman to join our clients growing site management team. After a year of successful growth and winning new contracts this client is now in a position to add foreman to their teams on a permanent basis.

Job Description

I am looking for a motivated and positive Working Foreman / Site Foreman who can strengthen an established delivery team. The role will cover the following responsibilities;

• Implementation of site H&S processes
• Management of site operations in line with the contract programme
• Co-ordination and management of site operatives
• On site client liaison
• On site quality control
• Liaison with Project Manager

The successful candidate will ideally be local to the Leeds / West Yorkshire area and be able to demonstrate a proven track record of fit out works across various sectors and will  be from a joinery / shopfitting background. The candidate will ideally already be performing the role of Foreman, or is ready to develop and take the next step into this role.

Requirements:

- A full driving licence is required.

- First Aid and SMSTS / SSSTS is desirable but not essential as we can provide support in training.

- NVQ level 3 Carpentry and Joinery.

Package is negotiable depending on experience.
